If you are using Netscape. It will be fairly easy. Simply click the link and it should come up with the "Open It or Save To Disk" query.

At this point, you simply select Save to disk, then save it to a location of your choosing.
The desktop is usually the best.

Then you will be able to simply double click on the bulletin that you have saved, as you would any other word document.

For the following
NS=Netscape
IE=Internet Explorer

  1. Right click on the bulletin you wish to download.
  2. Select (IE) "Save Target As..." or (NS) "Save link as..."
  3. At the top of this box you will see "Save In" - Next to this is SHOULD say "Desktop" - If it does not - Change it
  4. Press the save button
  5. Wait for the document to download
  6. Minimise or close any windows you have open
  7. Double click on the bulletin_xxxx.pdf file that you have downloaded (The xxxx indicates "this" or "last" depending on which bulletin you downloaded)
